Theme
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Color theme | System follows COSMIC’s appearance; or choose Light, Dark, Windows (a flatter, Windows-like light look with a blue accent), Dracula, Everforest, Gruvbox Material, Nord, Tokyo Night Storm, Catppuccin Mocha, Catppuccin Macchiato, Ayu Dark, Matrix, Monokai Pro, Solarized Dark or Gruvbox Dark. It affects 2fip only. |
| Icon style | Colorful: your icon theme’s icons, like COSMIC Files. Vivid: 2fip’s own bright icons, a color and symbol for each file type and a color for each special folder. Windows style: yellow folders with a colored badge on special folders, and white pages with colored symbols. macOS style: light-blue folders with an embossed symbol, and white pages with a colored band. Monochrome: single-color symbols. Vivid, Windows style and macOS style are drawn by 2fip and look the same on every system, with no icon theme needed. |
| File name size | Medium (14 px), Small (13 px), Smaller (12 px), Very small (11 px) or Tiny (10 px): smaller text and shorter rows show more files. It also applies to the Folder Size panel. |
The Windows style and macOS style icons are original drawings made for 2fip in a look similar to those systems. 2fip is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Apple. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; macOS is a trademark of Apple Inc.
